I assume every North Korean corona case dies of acute lead poisoning. As a result you will have no one alive who is either diagnosed with corona, or who died of corona. So no corona at all.

Absolutely no COVID-19 data will be collected. Anyone there experiencing symptoms will tell no one or be executed immediately. So, either the few that get it will be eliminated or no one will know until one of the spy satellites aimed at the country take pictures of the sudden mass graves that appear.

Their Western border with China sees a lot of smuggling/human trafficking . Sometimes it’s actually China and N. Korea avoiding trade embargoes, but most often it’s the free market at work.
